Q. Can you briefly introduce yourself and what brought you to Tridge?
▶ I joined Tridge in 2021 as a global trainer. I’ve always sought out global environments, and Tridge felt like a place where my passion for people, communication, and cultural diversity could thrive. With a background in international relations and HR development, I was drawn to the company’s mission to create data-driven solutions with real global impact. Since joining, I’ve witnessed Tridge evolve at a remarkable pace, and it’s been exciting to grow alongside it.
Q. What makes being a Global Recruiter at Tridge uniquely exciting?
▶ People, purpose, and leadership. I connect with talent from around the world and introduce them to a company that is constantly evolving. What makes Tridge stand out is its leadership, people who listen and take action. When I visited HQ in 2022, I was not even in recruitment yet, but I was already sharing ideas about how we could grow the team. Two months later, I officially joined the recruitment team. That openness to ideas and speed of execution is something I truly value here.
Q. What moments made you feel “This is the right place for me”?
▶ Two moments stand out. One was visiting the HQ in Seoul. Meeting the team and experiencing the culture made me feel connected, even as someone based across the world. The other was a quiet moment when my children said, “Mama, you really love your job.” That affirmation from them meant everything to me.
Q. You were once invited to Korea HQ, what was that like for you?
▶ It was eye-opening and incredibly motivating. I saw firsthand how fast we move, how aligned we are across teams, and how every role contributes to our shared mission. I saw how different teams contribute to the bigger picture from building platforms to delivering insights and solutions and how aligned everyone is around a common purpose. I also had the chance to lead international communication initiatives and help bridge the gap between HQ and our global teams.
Q. Are there any memorable moments or interviews that reminded you of the impact of recruitment at Tridge?
▶▶ I’ll never forget when the first Account Executive in Kenya closed their initial deal. It was a big win for our presence in Africa, and I remember thinking, “This is the future being built in real time.” It reminded me how recruitment is directly tied to real-world impact. I also think about interviews where candidates come prepared and genuinely excited. One candidate had researched every product and shared specific ideas for our data platform. I remember thinking, “They already feel like part of the team.” Moments like these show how the right hire can shape the future from day one.
Q. What kind of people tend to excel at Tridge?
▶ People who are adaptive, proactive, and honest. They take initiative, embrace change, and stay focused through uncertainty. Tridge rewards curiosity, self-direction, and a strong learning mindset.
Q. What makes recruitment at Tridge unique?
▶ Recruitment here is collaborative and strategic. We work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and team dynamics across five continents and countless cultures. It is not just about filling roles; it is about alignment.
Q. What’s it really like to work at Tridge?
▶It’s fast paced, global, and surprisingly connected. Even though we work remotely, there’s a real sense of teamwork and shared direction. People often assume remote work feels isolating, but here it’s the opposite. Everyone’s supportive, aligned, and moving forward together.
Q. At Tridge, we talk about “care after hire.” What does that mean to you?
To me, care after hire means our responsibility doesn’t end once the contract is signed. I was fortunate to be part of the global check-in project, where we connected with team members around the world to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback. I stayed involved in that project longer than anyone else, and it taught me something important. People want to feel heard, but even more than that, they want to see action. At Tridge, we listen, we act, and we adapt. That is what real care looks like.
Q. If you had to describe Tridge in three words, what would they be?
Continuous, innovative, and mission driven. Tridge is not just growing. It is scaling with direction and purpose, and that is something truly rare and powerful.
Q. Lastly, what keeps you going every day?
▶ The clarity of our mission and the people I work with. Every conversation I have is part of a larger story of growth, and knowing I play a role in building that future keeps me motivated.
Kat’s journey reflects Tridge’s belief that global growth starts with people. Her story shows what’s possible when a company moves fast without losing sight of its mission and when individuals are empowered to lead with clarity and heart.
